How am i supposed to get LFR tierset transmog?

i made a 2nd hunter for this specific reason. im missing gloves and boots to finish the mog ive been working on and sadly the lfr tint works better than glad. i run 2 hunters a shammy and a evoker through lfr every week just for a chance to get those 2 pcs.

yea the lfr for dk is the peak version

Long game: Use catalyst charges to catalyse gear from +2s for LFR and Normal mogs.

Short game: Have lower geared alts, creating a scenario where you are rolling for the piece on a bunk toon also contributing less than you would on your main, making it take longer for everyone.

This is the way. I have 3 priests and mages. Though the lfr tints for them aren’t worth that trouble this go around. Catalyst will be enough.

Oh, and make sure you have things locked in before you throw something into the catalyst or upgrade it. I had an LFR Ashkandur last season but upgrading it before it was “bound” and untradeable meant that upgrading it threw away the LFR Ashkandur appearance.

You get adventurer level pieces or veteran and use the Catalyst on it to get the LFR and Normal tints.

Honestly? …

They should just make it, that if you’ve earned the appearance of a raid item — All previous difficulties to the one you received, should also be earned.

This would:

  1. Stop players from needing gear they don’t actually need in LFR, simply for transmog.

and

  1. Stop wasting players time, or having them stress between whether they want to aim at a mount chance on higher difficulty or colour pallet of a mog from the lower each week.

It’s literally beneficial for both the playerbase and Blizzard.

Have your main do whatever main content you do and have your alt just get LFR stuff. I’ve gotten pieces of tier through vault.

What is odd is I’m missing boots, belt, cloak and wrist on each mog set and for some reason those didn’t show on the vault selection either.

Keep some world gear or lower M+ stuff in yhour banks so you can use them once you run out of things to use the catalyst on.

you could level another DK, takes what, about a day played or something? LFR gear ready is maybe a couple hours? there ya go.

put all your gear in the bank, buy a full 418 set, do lfr, win
