How about some Dr Who toys and trinkets?

There you go already in game

What?!!! She’s really good. Too many assistants though. Feels like they need to take the training wheels off and let her shine.

Need giant scarf mog.

use it in the back slot

dont get your hopes up, she is bailing the moment the current jank show runner steps down. words from the horses mouth.

There have been Doctor Who references and parodies in the game but some of them are a bit subtle.

Or they could make rpg elements a thing again instead of pop culture references.

nah, they need to add more pratchett references, particularly since the last one got blown up at theramore

That would be so not cool though

An engineering crafted dalek companion pet would be cool.

And before you say it would be too out of place, need I remind you of the Rascal-bot.

/moo :cow:

Good the current actress in the role & the writer are ruining it with all this white male guilt agenda crap they are pushing in this seasons stories. I am sorry but Doctor Who is a Science Fiction show first and all the political commentary that is being shoved into it this season is just plain stupid, not to mention it feels to preachy and the episodes are less than remember-able

I understood that reference.

Although, I thought Galloway called them “the wee pepperpots”. Still, it was a piece of condimentary apparatus, so have a heart.

REF: Doctor Who : Death to the Daleks, serial XXX (1973).

I have the title: TimeLord

Now I need moar… MOARRR!!

Her coming out debut was lackluster and confusing. It seemed disjointed and unorganized. Don’t see her doing more than one season of the Doctor.

They could make a Weeping Angel pet which follows you while your back is turned and stands still while you’re looking at it. Or an Engineer could craft a Sonic Screwdriver with “It doesn’t do wood” as it’s description. If they ever do another expansion based about time, they could use some of the more well known villains as trash in raids. As a Doctor Who fan, could you imagine going into a raid and hearing a silver robot add shouting DELETE, DELETE for the first time?

A nice big scarf and some jelly babies.

Ah yes, like in Vanilla where there definitely were no pop culture references. That faded photograph? Definitely not a pop culture reference!

I’m serious. In fact I mentioned there were in fact previous references in my previous post:

“I’m not against cultural references being dropped into the game. The S.E.L.F.I.E. is a guilty pleasure of mine.”

I also pointed if we are going to add outside cultural references, make sure the reason for doing this sticks. Sometimes it works (Napoleon dance for Blood Elf females) and sometimes it makes the game look very dated (The Macarena dance for female humans).

Again, as I said before, I’m not against the idea. I want to make sure if we are going to devote any sort of development effort to add these cultural references to the game, the reason for it sticks.

As an aside, why are there no cultural references (as far as I’ve seen on the Horde side) to the Star Trek franchise? Not that I want to see them, it’s a point I’m raising about priority when it comes to adding such things.
