Actually I think the reason is that Hover turns off Visage buff, accordingly when it ends you stay in dracthyr form.
Just need make Hover ignoring Visage buff.
Cast Visage cancels Hover buff.
Play non-dragon games, win non-dragon prizes.
So, what about double jump in Visage? Magic?
These dracthyr form only people are so weird lol… they won’t listen to logic

Perhaps the same way you can glide without wings. Or tailswipe without a tail. Or wing buffet without wings.
On every single forum, you will find people who are against giving other players reasonable esthetic options just because they personally don’t want them. Regardless of the fact that it will have zero negative effect on them and a massive positive effect on the paying customers who want it.
Don’t bother speaking directly to these trolls. Just roll your eyes and engage only with reasonable people.
