How many specs will the housing class have, and what will they do?

Interior Decorator (Healer)
Landscaper (DPS)
Renovator (Tank)

Decorator: Will randomly get distracted in the raid/m+ dungeon and will randomly begin to redesign the whole raid.

Gardener: Bffs with restoration druids they will also get distracted and they will start planting flowers together and giggling they will also make flower crowns for the grup
