I been saying that the new Housing would be live before Christmas this year and they have posted the Date December 2nd…Woot Woot…I can’t wait…

I hope it’s on the PTR by end of month which will give me time to plan things out on how I want to do things once it officially launches
I’ll just wait …I have been practicing with Palia the last few weeks LOL…they have nice housing set up in that game now…
Well my plan is more to see what raids and stuff im going to be going into first. We’ve seen Onyxia’s head several times so I feel like it’s a safe assumption Im going to be going into Onyxia’s Lair, but what else will there be. One of my dream items is Vexiona’s head since I love the void dragons which could mean me going into Ny’alotha.
Where did they confirm the exact date?
I only recall Ion saying early December.

The implication is that means pre patch would be dropping on that date as well… Three months until prepatch? Seems a little on the rushed side.
Nah, they’ve confirmed that EA for housing will come out in patch 11.2.7.

I have been saying we will see Midnight come out either end of Jan beginning of Feb 2026…I said weeks back that the housing would come out first week of December according to the Blizzard Road Map they had posted which had a little house on the line between fall and winter time frame…

I just want throw this out there before folks try out housing and get all disappointed.
11.2.7 will be EARLY ACCESS to housing. We’re not going to get access to the neighborhood events, which are needed to upgrade your house to get new decorations and rooms. There may or may not be merchants available to be able to buy housing stuff from, and all the stuff we’re supposed to get from past achievements/quests, or the additions to crafting, will probably not be added in until the pre-patch or Midnight itself releases.
We don’t care…we just want the house and be able to play with it and get our hands dirty doing it…its all new to us so it will take time to understand the mech of placing stuff and making it look right…

Woohoo! Hoping they release what decor are tied to what achievements and such, want to start on them sooner than later.
I don’t expect all the decor stuff tied too Achievements to be release Dec 2nd…I can deal with that when Midnight goes Live…I just want to play with the bldg and work with it…

All I need to know is how do we setup the guild neighbourhoods? I saw the Alliance neighbourhood in a stream today and it looks amazing, lots of plot options so I’m sure everyone will find one they’re happy with, but I have guildies asking me how I’m going to go about creating and “granting” plots in the guild neighbourhood and I don’t have answers for them.
Do guilds automatically have neighbourhoods? Do I have to set it up? Are the plots a free for all? Do I get to name the guild neighbourhood or is it just a default name based on the guild name? These are the types of questions I need answers too. Hopefully we’ll start getting some over the next few weeks.
I saw talk that you need a mim of 10 players to have a Guild only neighborhood now…not sure if that is set in stone now …small family guilds are not going to like that number now …just have to see if that number holds or not.
