I know people who are interior decorators in games with housing and they make SO MUCH MONEY.

Same I want a room for my most beloved alts and want to designated their rooms.
Like I’m thinking my Undead priest will have a crypt behind a hidden book case in the basement etc.
I wouldn’t mind if my priest wandered the common area, but I hope I can designate it as her bedroom so the other alts don’t appear in her room.

Eh, seems pretty niche and not that interesting. As long as it stays purely cosmetic I’m fine with this existing. I’m glad human is the default.

it won’t be. Players will still visit the Cities and You’ll still be able to see players in the City that you won’t ever talk to while you queue for your dungeons and raids.

we literally have historical data that says this isnt going to be the case I.E. WoD…
hoping its kinda like ESO where houses are account wide…or in this case, warband wide.
I come from Zuljin which hae hundreds of people standing around in Dornogal. The world felt empty.
I switched to Wyrmrest Accord which is an RP realm. Less people but they’re actually interacting and the world feels alive.
Player housing will be like that, at least for us RP realms because the devs confirmed they want RP realms to have their own player housing shards so it’s only other rpers as your neighbors.
Our neighborhoods for sure will be alive at least.

Me too. So many decorations in my collection since 2014. 
you are the only person with an argument being on an RP realm i will give you that. this is also why housing works in other games like FF and ESO its because these game are more story driven and not base off gear chase like wow is.

I do that now from my garrison so in that regard LITERALLY no change here. lol.
but now I also have motivation to LEAVE my house and go FARM crap for it that will be game wide…ie I WONT be sitting in my garrison for hours a day doing crap for it.

people hated wod because the game felt dead with nothing to do and people afking in their garrisons were a massive contributing factor to this…
And the things that made WoD Garrisons obscene won’t be in player housing.
Again, no AH, no crafting tables, won’t be a quest hub (outside of housing specific quests)
