During our routine testing with realms offline to deploy the new patch, we discovered a critical bug in Housing that would cause unacceptable errors for some players. Fixing this bug is a top priority for us, and while we work on it, we’ve decided to open realms on patch 12.0.5 with Housing and Neighborhoods disabled in this region (The Americas and Oceania).
