If all they need is that ID then no one will be paying for much of anything. Once you make it public and someone uses it, then they can make their own blue print from it so forth and so on.

The way I see it:

Designers will be paid to create a unique house for you. What you do with the blueprint - which is just a text string - is up to you.

If you publish it, then anyone can clone your house. If you don’t, people who want to clone your house will have to build it by hand a piece at a time.
