Side note: I haven’t encountered these “premade groups” in randoms, or if I did, I didn’t notice. But if they’re as bad and frequent as people say they are and it’s happening because of Vicious Bloodstone farming, this should throw a wrench in the cogwheel and end it.

If you don’t play epic bgs, premades cannot ruin your experience. So don’t play epic bgs unless you need honors.
If you get matched against a premade, leave immediately, just log over to an alt to continue playing.
You’re never going to stop people from wanting to pub-stomp. It’s one of the risks you game solo Qing into random BGs.
No, they haven’t. You used to be able to queue as a raid. Sure, people kept doing it after it was gone but blizzard broke addons that did it. Hence why you guys need them yet again. You guys really messed up doing it all the time. People didn’t care when it was rare.
Premades are using 3rd party exploitive software to gather and funnel people to matches they are 90% likely to win. They use these tools to do win swapping in solo shuffle, to arena matches against players they can win against… or leave the queue if they know they can’t. This is not good. It is wrong on so many levels (value judgement) and exploits the game for an Ends justify the means mentality. While that is anathema to people who prefer to play by the rules it is a reality that many do not adhere too and has the game less enjoyable for the more moral people.
Bloodstone prices have been dropping like a rock the past few weeks.
They went from 7.5k each down to nearly 4k in 2 weeks.
partially true, the addons in question go back to when SAS was still around, we had a problem in getting accurate reports on how many groups popped, so an addon was made to track who got a pop vs who didn’t. when SAS fell apart this addon got spread around, and its now used by some premades to hunt and track other premades in order to fight them while other groups use it to avoid premades and pugstomp instead.
the addons use the bnet toast api, a toast is when you get a little popup telling you your friend/guildmate/community member is in queue for something. so this isn’t really an exploit as blizzard could fix it anytime by disabling that api.
if you don’t like the morals of someone in pvp, you can just kill them, bring enough friends and you can repeat the process at the GY to rub it in. there is no need to go all over the forums virtue signaling, nobody cares, they care about who ends up at the GY and who wins the game.

Queue sync premades happened before these were a thing, and they’d still happen after they are gone.
Make battlegrounds cross faction and add in some sane role balancing and that would kill most premades.
Half of DJL is alliance. Cross faction isn’t gonna do all you think it might. It’s already cross faction.
