I mean, it’s to be expected that different builds should work for different settings. In pvp you’d want to run mutilate for the combo point generation and to not break cc. Saber slash buff just gives rogues other viable options for pve rather than just defaulting mutilate into every single build.

Saber is technically stronger in long single target fights. But yeah that being said, majority of the fights in ST aren’t long/single target so muti is still king. They should of kept it at 3 stacks with the original ap scaling and 33% increased dmg per stack.
The rotation of it is trash.
