They could keep out the bots but they don’t want to. It doesn’t make financial sense too and at the end of the day how much money Blizz can make is the end goal.
Bot subscriptions are still subscriptions. Policing bots costs money. Too many players rely on bots to fund them playing the game, bots gone people that rely on RMT gone. All of these are a negative for Blizzard hence why it will never change and why it’s been a “problem” since day one. A problem for the players not Blizzard.
