Yet ANOTHER post in support of GDKP. Since every post I have made in offense to GDKP’s gets deleted I’m gonna report every single thread in support of GDKP as spamming as well.

It’s not the majority take. It just looks like it is because you GDKP Andy’s keep mass reporting any post that speaks against GDKP’s so the only posts you see on the forums are ones in favor of GDKP.
GDKP has never been the issue and banning it has done nothing but damage to the world-scape of classic.
GDKP is a good loot system that is not and has never been forced upon anyone.
The lack of GDKP has left a great deal of pug raids to be… lackluster at best. There is no incentive for people to stay if their loot doesnt drop if they were hoping for a piece from a pre-final boss, there’s nothing to incentivize people to go out and farm gold in the open world and compete with the bots, the economy is in shambles with basic potions costing upwards of 20g on nightslayer. Bots are blatantly cheating because there so few people in the world to report them (I’m sure you’ve all seen the bot using black lotus teleport hacks)
Banning GDKP has not stopped RMT, people are doing it now more than ever as players with little time to play have turned to RMT as a solution to their gold issue that GDKP once filled.
GDKP was a good thing and there is no reason it should have ever been banned.

I think I know of a certain classic wow dev that this was a problem for.
I think that person is why we’re in this situation to begin with.
Nothing puts gold at a higher value than gdkps
Nothing creates more bots or rmt than gdkps

Except the economy pricing out the majority of your playerbase to the point even casuals are swiping to maintain basic raid consumes on the server that DOESN’T have GDKP’s.
Oh and the servers with GDKP’s for the last 6 years have no economic issues.

blizzard already ended that idea when they saaid they dont want to split the community anymore than it already has

was never about stopping rmt
It was because “it eroded guilds” or whatever they said. So now everyone is forced to raid in guilds that do Loot Council which is always corrupt anyone saying otherwise is trolling. Or going to SR Pugs where if peoples items don’t drop they leave and the run usually fails. Great alternative to having an option to GDKP and still do the mentioned above raids. Oh and the economy is even more busted than any server that had GDKPs. Blizz really made a big win with this decision.

And you bot farmers complained when GDKP was available, why not just not go to them? Oh yeah all the good players left the guilds that they were carrying to run GDKPs, so your bad guilds fell apart when you weren’t being carried anymore.

im not a low lvl alt and i believe gdkps should be banned still. Its basic supply and demand here, If gdkps ever came back the demand for gold will go up even more.

Shame, if all these gdkpers hadn’t been gaslighting and saying the economy was cooked because of no gdkps, blizzard may of done something to fix it.
It’s clear the economy is cooked because it’s a mega server, as the same isn’t happening on all anni servers with no gdkps.
