Would it be? Because GDKP existed at the start of SoD and there wasn’t any rampant gold buying. There wasn’t rampant RMT anywhere near fresh levels for the last few years. But suddenly there is?
I think you need to accept reality. RMT is a product of the state of the economy. If players can’t afford to play the game, the desperate ones will swipe. Those who don’t swipe will quit as the burn out sets in from months of constant farming.

that is where you are wrong. regular players would be farming gold by attending gdkp pugs to afford their aq40 and naxx consumes. these regular players are now buying gold because gdkp pugs don’t exist.

I’m glad we can agree on something. it’s insanely broken that mages can pull an entire instance and be the highest paid gold farm. mage boosting is the most economically harmful part of this game.

Ban the gold buyers and I have no problem with GDKP.
The people who buy gold to pay boosters should be banned.
If you can’t afford the consumes for the raid don’t do the raid.
Cheating(Buying gold) isn’t the solution to you not wanting to put the in-game effort in to do something.
