I got the gift of the titans research today and went into horrific visions solo. After doing a full clear i had found 9 crystals for Zarhaal, i think they are called “Odd Crystal” when you mouse over them. I still had 2 sanity orbs left so i decided to do another sweep for mobs/chests/crystals that i might of missed. I know i had 9 before doing this because i talked Zarhaal, but I didn’t click any of his dialog options , i just walked away. I ended up finding i think 13 in total, some in the same spots i’d found ones earlier and some that weren’t there the first time i looked. After returning back to Zarhaal the only dialog option i was give was “I’m still looking for crystals” or something to that effect. So something bugged and i was no longer able to turn in the crystals for him to spawn a chest of Corrupted Mementos.

Currently happening to me, found all 10, no chests or mobs or crystals active in zone, cannot turn in
Happened to me as well. Took my time to find all 10 but could not turn it in.
