Ya it was kind of mind boggling. Turned CS into no help and a spyware upsell. Tried escalating and got a 404 page… Better service from AT&T
Im guessing it would be to hard to track all the people that had this issue because its bound to have happened to more than just you folks. if i where you i would post a ticket explaining what happened and hope for the best.

You realize a lot of people DCd before the server restart right? And that is why they did a restart…
I literally logged in - immediately went into a vision and then it booted me.
Who exactly looks at their chat the moment you log in? I was in game less than a minute and most of that was loading screens - didn’t see any notices.
Totally our fault…
Just farm keys and get a new one… oh, wait.
If you logged in, you should have seen actual seconds counting down and you need to read the ToS. Servers go down and things happen. Your fault still.
That would be nice. Especially since I wasted a ton of time trying to do these only for them to be bugged and not rewarding any Corrupted gear as intended.
The gear is not guaranteed and I’m sure gated this first week for a obvious reason.

I thought the first week was capped at +6, and the second week at +7?
They should give us a refund cause I used 5 already and didn’t get loot in 4 of the runs.
Why would you even go in under the 15 minute warning though? Even if you literally had like 2 minutes you can blow the end boss up and still get loot…Your fault too. No excuse.
Loot is gated this week since the raid is next week, using a small amount of your mental capacity helps to realize this.

Servers go down on any major game or platform. Especially if its something big like a patch anything could happen, especially a DDOS which has had numerous times. Tech will never be 100%. If you think you could do better then by all means go join their IT team and prove it, but lets be real you probably dont understand a 1/10th of what they do.
Listen, I was already in it doing a side wing when the warning came up. I went and killed thrall with my group and the server crashed after we looted the chest and left the instance. I logged back on and none of it was in my bags like it was before the crash.
You all think we went into Visions with a 15 minute timer? Um no. Most people went in before the timer even popped up. The lag was so bad inside the visions that it was impossible to finish. If the group did finish they couldn’t loot.
You’re right I have no clue about what they do.
But they do, and we pay them money for it - so its their responsibility to maintain it and ensure it works.
If you go to a theme park and we get stuck on a roller coaster, will you just sit there and think “this is fine, and totally my fault for going on the roller coaster?”
If that was the case there will be a record of it and you can put a ticket in for that
