You wont get it back nor any you lose in the future.
I was in my horrific vision when I got a message “you are not in this group” I was alone and not in a group than i got kicked out on my way to do the second boss. I had completed one boss and was on my way to the next one when I was kicked out. I was not able to loot any chests and it had used my vessel i can not get back in to complete
seriously they should start fixing their servers problems like other said its been about a month that all kind of bs like this going on can u stop thinking of shadowlands and fix ur actuals live servers?!
Happened to me too, lost a vessel. I least I got the mementos I obtained so far, but didn’t get quest progression.
Get kicked out of vision on the main. Decide to go to alt while all that gets figured out. Instant loadscreen crash when trying to get in game on alt “Name Already Taken”

Anyone able to get past the loading screen now? I went to Nazmir and there where no NPC’s anywhere.
I think it is hit or miss at the moment. I tried getting out of Nazjatar and got “Instance not found” a few times before I got through.

Was able to complete some but honestly they answered to my ticket and of course no vessel back. So basically they ruined our run and just DGS… Thanks CS as always…
Bs reply, opened a ticket and they are refusing to refund. Blizzard better do right to us. Im refraining from pasting their reply on here.
idk what the problem with refunding a little vessel is… seems a bit petty?

I lost my vessel last night during a 4 mask run and submitted a ticket.
I received a response saying they aware of the issue and fixed it but will not be refunding or replacing the vessel lost during the run.
Too bad blizz is a small indie company
