Horde wins alterac 7 times out of 8, how?

Plus there’s ALWAYS that one gnome male that tries to show off by being a nuisance, usually with pink hair and shiny transmog. he starts being a spazz even before the match begins, then when everyone is trying to do something like kill a boss he’s at the room door dancing. Its incredible how often i run into that stereotype in bgs, either playing on his team or against. And no one ever calls him out! its one of those “alliance things” ill never understand, like…listening to a 17yo boy as a king instead of 10.000 year night elf veteran.

I stopped reading with this post, idk how to quote people anymore but you’re the only one that gets it. It’s very one sided. I win all night long on my main. It’s very horde biased

Given 200+ matches, I’ll say Horde wins at least 80% of the time. Like race to the boss in retail used to favor Alliance, the race to the boss in Korrak AV 1.5 favors Horde (especially with the weak archers in the bunkers).

If Alliance wins in Korrack AV, the Alliance team usually has a geared core of players that can control the chokepoints or the Horde team is filled with lowbie so the npcs don’t die fast enough in Horde’s race to the boss.

I have yet to see that happening and I’ve run it dozens and dozens of times. So if it is happening it’s super rare.

For me one I noticed is alliance doesn’t seem to have healers or people aren’t simply healing. I’ve ran it on both sides and people on alliance get eaten by the guards (could be because they also scatter a lot more than horde).

Because every time I attempt AV on Alliance they always run to Korrak. Every. Single. Time. Because Alliance rogues don’t pressure Horde to go back to base and recap towers. One rogue can force 5+ people to go back and deal with one person, hell half the time Alliance doesn’t even notice that I’ve capped Baldar Bunkers.

I saw it happen again today. It happens in Dun Baldar, Rogues will sneak in and cap the flag without any of the NPCs being alterted, and suddenly all the defenders will despawn.

Alliance would have literally send everyone to SHB because there is a constant stream of Horde coming that way and they don’t budge.

In a map filled with multiple objectives, with useful rewards that won’t happen.

That bridge is super fun on both accounts.

Cant tell you how many times when leveling my hunter I’d use explosive trap and watch it catapult 4+ people off religiously.

It never gets old and I laugh every time

:croissant:

Literally all Alliance are already there …they just run past SHB instead of entering and killing the horde

Because AV let’s horde do what horde do best.

Stick swords in Alliance.

I’m going to log on today and try to get a video of how many Horde are already in SHB before Alliance are even near it.

I didn’t even think they could do that until a time I tried to go there and there was a flood of Horde in there.

Of course, I think Alliance should take it back but that doesn’t mean we can just because we want to.

Also, they can be in Iceblood tower before Alliance too.

You can take it back cos your GY is right there and you will have the bunker commander to help you.

Yeah.

I was in groups that tried to take it back but without the majority of Alliance we can’t since there is always stealth players stalling out for back up.

Ya you do need the majority of alliance to enter SHB . But if you do then the chances of you winning back bunker are extremely high.

It’s a cycle.

Horde has advantage in PvP -> People interested in PvP go Horde -> Average Horde skill goes up while Alliance goes down -> More people go to Horde, etc. etc. etc.

I went in there with a Horde hunter, lost only 2 matches. So far my Horde levelling shaman has lost 1 game.

I also levelled an Alliance DH, easiest 3 hours of my life, won all but 1 match and levelled primarily in AV after I got out of the starting area.

90% of the time, and this not just old AV, but after being there for old AV when it was current AV and all the BG’s along the way, aside from people just being very, very bad, it is true that the more toxic a group is the more chances you have of losing.

Try losing one hundred matches with only a handful of wins. See how optimistic that makes you.

There is an easy fix here, and with the story how it currently is it can work. No factions and random queues for all. It would not only fix the issue that Horde seem to win more, but it would fix the queue times for Horde also and even it all out.

playing the game doing objectives and killing alliance.

Alliance gives up too easily when it looks like Horde Bias is winning in BG’s.
