You are mistaken, I was playing during this time period. It arrived in late June…or early July.
Horde received several long with alliance.
I believe everyone has received an average of 1 per 2 months.
Alliance had one within the past week, I have the weapons from it on my 2 fairly new 120 alts Alliance side equipped.
Somebody even posted alerting people about it when it was active: Alliance Weapon Emissary WQ is up
Looks like it was 9 days ago… so a bit over a week I guess.

That was an armor cache.
My co-worker plays alliance and he just had a weapon emmisary in the last 7 days.
You had yours now we have ours. I havent seen one thread with horde players complaining about alliance getting a weapon. Dont get why the alliance has to complain when we finally get one.
looks like a horde Friday…for about an hour anyway. But what usually happens is I go ain’t seen this char for a while so that becomes more involved night lol.

there was one a few days ago.maybe a week ago? i know because it annoyed me because my alliance don’t need it but before today a lot of my horde did.

Happened to be my first 120 because it was my only 110 horde in legion. Because i played alliance in legion.
Says the guy hiding behind a lvl 90 alt.

we all apparently “exclusively play horde” and have to “prove” our alliance leaning by posting on our ally 120s. lol.

Horde is now on the 5th weapon emissary since 8.2. Three of them came very early in the patch.
Alliance is on their 3rd weapon emissary since 8.2. Both factions are likely to be “even” by the time 8.3 hits.
-Weapon emissary caches should be much more frequent for BOTH factions.
-Blizzard should force a weapons emissary for each faction within the first three weeks of a new patch, then a second within weeks 4-6 of the new patch.
