Horde overreacted. Blizzard changes killed the AV premade

You have a way better chance at Pug v Pug on ally side.

It was worth it

Fair, 100% win rate, pick one.

People doing alliance premades are so scummy. Mass reporting to get players account silenced if they dont cooperate with the premade leader. Pathetic

Let’s stick to KNOWN FACTS.

The Blue Post it’s pretty clear WHY the changes occurred. The statement you made is a opinion. Yes some Horde were complaining about AV premades BUT so were countless PUGers. The change was made for one reason only. Anything else is hyperbole at best.

The alliance issue was because blizzard screwed up a setting on their end. That’s on blizzard, not the premades.

Now explain how the CHANGES are for the alliance benefit.

You are like this EX GF I dumped once. She would come in raving about something completely out of the blue acting like she was making sense.

Known facts, you came in and took one piece of a larger conversation and decided to quote me on it. Anything after that is just stuff you made up in your own head.

Your insults do not change the fact of the matter.

You lost.

This assumes you ever had one. :joy:  :joy:

The fact you think this is some sort of contest to be won in lost in means you need help.

Seek it.

You remind me of another finger painter here on the forums… You 2 should start a club.

no more empty lobbies??? where’s my “that was ez” button.

6000 honor per 1.5 hours? Horde WSG premades are getting 20k honor in the same amount of time.

You are unfortunately headed for a rude awakening when you derank next week

Id agree with you - this was 3 very quick wsg losses tonight after raid.

Well said! There’s too many horde playing classic!

Horde wanted fair matches? Uhm since the changes horde are winning 98% of all AV games.

Where are the horde complaint posts demanding alliance getting buffed to the point matches are 50% win ?

What a joke, if it was about “wanting fair matches” they would want their AV spawn moved back to where it changed in 2.0. Current AV is nowhere near a balanced map - how could it be? Horde reach Balinda before the Alliance do. They can setup a defense at Galv a full 45 seconds before Alliance can make it there. Premades, if you can even call them that, were an attempt by Alliance rankers (I’m not one nor did I ever participate in premades larger than a few RL friends) to sort of even the playing field.

Honestly, it’s alright by me. The Alliance meta has already shifted to WSG due to this, and my friends who are ranking have been constantly doing WSG (the only mostly balanced PvP map in this iteration of WoW) games with me. And as the underpopulated faction, the Alliance will remain the drivers of the PvP meta with horde following suit for the quickest queues they can get. I sincerely hope it stays this way, but to say the horde did it out of a desire for balance is an absolute joke lol.

Strawman.

The map is a physical game asset.
Blizzard is not going to have someone come over from retail dev
and go edit the instance and then re-import to host no matter if you have an absolute meltdown and blow your brains out live on twitch over it.

And you already know this, so stop playing with scarecrows

There’s no strawman argument here, and I’m not even asking for that to be done. As I mentioned (I think in this thread) already, I play WSG exclusively if I’m trying to do battlegrounds. I was merely stating that the outrage we heard would have included that spawn aspect if it was truly done “in the name of balance”. It wasn’t done in the name of balance, and everyone knows this. It was done to alleviate some admittedly very toxic behaviors.

100% true. Rankers just want easy wins. And it’s sad. Even the classic streamers proved that when the honor system and bgs came out. And they chanted “earning” and “hardwork”. Disgusting.

By rights, there should be no easy winning in AV for either side, and instead be 10,000 threads screaming:
AV is too hard
AV is impossible
Nerf AV or we unsub
Fix F’in Drek/Van he one shots
