Dont sit on creation screen
Check if you can then if not hit back & try again in a few min.
Make any random name first, once you have 1 horde you are immune to lock

Youre a moron little guy lol. Everyone knows how to get past this because of SoD. It takes you 2 seconds to make a horde char. Youre just busy crying on the forum lpl

Logged in today for the first time since Wrath Naxx and when I seen the lock I just said forget it, cause blizzard is already getting in the way of my gameplay. Instead of locking factions, look at why people like horde more and address the passive imbalance instead.

Canāt make characters on both factions either incase your friend missed out and you still want to play together.
Still locked. Ridiculous. Been trying to make a Horde toon for 3 days, I have work and a life. Huge miss from blizz. Looks like Im staying on SOD.
It opens up in blocks. blocks fill up, locked again. Wait again.
Cata grobb does this too for alliance. You have to check to see if a window is open. Iāve said it a few timesā¦it took me 3 days to get an alliance char on there.
When I was done saturday night my japan tz I said lets look at the at the other servers. Letsā¦ping test since I Bālined to pve dreamscythe day 1.
I could make horde on nighslayer as it was not greyed out. I made alliance so +1 there (I took no horde slots, hell I added 1 for somebody lol). Only to see human land since it probably have best load of players.
I guess im 5 or 6 days late to the party. I have been trying for 2 hours to see if the horde option unlocks. Is it so unbalanced that it just wont unlock horde now or just keep at it and it might unlock?

itās probably something like 49/51 horde favored right now. not really imbalanced, but the faction lock is preventing it from getting out of control 
eventually these numbers will flip and alliance will be locked.

It does seem unfair that people who want to play Horde on a pvp server simply canāt do it. Whatās the solution? A second pvp server? Would that be locked for Horde too?
On a personal note, having switched to Horde on Dreamscythe I have the impression people are making Horde characters here insteadā¦which is a good thing. Horde has a very healthy population, where usually on a pve realm itās a ghost town.
