A small sample size of beta streamers on a temporary realm is not a good example. Private server stats indicate alliance dominate PvP and PvE. Plus they all got stomped in WSG by Esfand and his pally army when it was released last week, it was embarrassing seeing so many retail pvpers get stomped by a group of alliance pve’rs. Even Soda was saying alliance seems like the way to go as they will have shorter queue times, at least until the retail horde players realize alliance was superior in Vanilla. This is coming from a horde fan boy who has played horde since TBC, but I will be going alliance in vanilla again just like I did the first time.
Edit: not to mention the AV map being alliance favored in vanilla to top it off.

News flash During the last bit of Vanilla more alliance guilds went to horde for quality raiders and pvpers. It was all the rage back in 2005. The forums were lit with alliance players begging blizzard to combined realms cause everyone was switching to horde.
your delusions are hilarious. the only reasons that everyone went to horde was eventually all the best raiding racials ended up on horde. after years and years of nerfing every man for himself for humans all the best pvpers left for the horde too.
Alliance have the vast majority of world first boss kills in vanilla, but horde have the majority of world first final boss kills, so this is factually incorrect unless you are referring only to the final boss. Horde has WF Rag/C’thun/KT, but basically every other boss in vanilla was WF alliance.
There was no definition laid out beyond “world first”. World first boss kill means means world first boss kill, and alliance had >75% of world first boss kills in vanilla. World first full clear goes to horde and I am not denying that, Nihilum was the best of the best back in the day.
I guess it’s good to let the Alliance have the #1 spot in Classic since TBC and beyond just kick starts the road to irrelevance, with that one last hoorah that is EMFH keeping PvP alive.
People knowing mechanics now have nothing to do with racials on our side being less useful now, the actual reason why people might move Horde is because of the number people who’ve played Classic as Alliance already.
Most people will go towards the Alliance anyway because you don’t have Blood Elves carrying you in Retail.

Anyone who says Shaman are more valuable than Paladins when it comes to raiding isn’t interested in having a reasonable discussion. Horde are better in many ways, this isn’t one of them.
