Because what the OP isn’t telling you is he was talking crap to people on his own faction because he knew they couldn’t attack him.
There’s always two sides to every situation.
In this case, he was stealing hides from his own faction and then got ganked back to the spirit healer.

This is true, but there have been private forums for as long as the internet has existed that serve the exact same purpose: 3rd party communication.

Harassment, “griefing,” abusive behavior or chat, conduct intended to unreasonably undermine or disrupt the Game experiences of others, deliberate inactivity or disconnecting, and/or any other activity which violates Blizzard’s Code of Conduct or In-Game Policies."
Colluding in a cross-faction mafia, organized over third-party programs in real-time organized operations, is undeniably “unreasonably undermining or disrupting the Game experience of others”.
