Nah I dont believe there is more ally. Prob alot of horde casuals who dont raid but pvp and therefore dont show up on Ironforge pro.

There really is no solution to this player made problem. Any attempt to fix it is most likely unfair. The only acceptable thing they can do now is offer horde > ally one way transfers to maybe lower the queue times.

Yes lets reward all the horde players who chose the broken faction by allowing them to choose any ally race they wish while ally players have zero options for race changes or faction changes. Sounds acceptable.

It’s a balancing issue, I also never said anything about not being able to race change. If you think horde to ally faction changes are somehow game changing then really you’re just mad about something and really could careless about the problem and just want to see them have long queues.
There was no reward for letting them go from horde to ally, hardly any will do it anyways. It’s more of a solution to fix some of the horde dominated servers too.

I know for a fact I talked about this very issue months ago before TBC launched. Horde were going to have hour+ queues for everything in the coming weeks. You’re also going to run into a LOT of alliance premades that will throw you straight back into your hour queues.
I don’t know how people didn’t see this outcome when Blood Elves were released. It happened on live as well.

So where’s the advantage there? If we let them come over to ally they lose their racial advantage for what just faster bg queues? Isn’t that the point? We already know they have better racials which is why all the pvp players are horde and they have long queues.
That won’t happen. You know it’s not going to because people care about their current characters. Faction changing is the same thing as rerolling other than they didn’t have to level.
I’m so glad I re rolled ally. This was a huge problem in classic when I played horde. I just gave up trying to pvp.

I think you miss understand, I am ally so this does not effect me at all. I’m on a horde dominated server so allowing one way faction changes for pvp queues would maybe also move some of them over to ally so my server doesn’t feel so over run. But really it’s irrelevant to me if they allowed the faction changes.
You are literally saying EVERY HORDE RACIAL IS BETTER THAN ALLY RACIAL. There is no benefit whatsoever from ally racials.
Say you went a troll rogue by mistake well OPPS now you can roll human rogue. Alliance players who made similar mistakes who went gnome or nightelf dont get that option by HEY!!! Troll rogue does.
Say you went undead warrior OPPS! Well now you can play the best Alliance race gnome guess what! Alliance players who made a mistake and rolled dwarf/nightelf or human don’t get that choice.
For faction changes from horde - Alliance to work they must be paid and you must offer a paid race change for Alliance players to make it fair.

Not all of us joined horde for an advantage.
some of us joined to play with friends or just like the aesthetics
you suggesting we should be punished for that?
were all playing the same game - why would you want the game mode to suck for anyone?
