Hey I had the hood of hungering darkness cosmetic tmog and upon logging in just now the appearance was removed from my appearance tab and my helm’s tmog was removed.
I still see it in your licenses, Scrunchy. Try playing with the filters and see if that allows it to show up.
You can also try resetting your User Interface.
Tried playing with the filters it didn’t show up. I had the Transmog applied to my helm and upon logging in the transmog was removed and it returned to its default appearance. Would addons or ui options really remove an appearance from collection?
It wouldn’t remove it, but it may hide it.
This happened to me as well, you can clearly see the item is xmogged on me (the ice skull store xmog helm) but it isn’t in my collection and the xmog was removed from my character when I logged in, leaving me in my stock helm, unmogged.
What is going on??
It could mask it from the collection, but it shouldn’t otherwise remove it from an already transmoged item. In that case it may be the account not recognizing you have it.
That could just be a temporary issue and might reappear after a few hours, but if it persists, I’d report it as a bug so our QA team can take a look.

this hood has a def bug, I have to reapply the transmog every day. Please look at this item and see why it is doing this? I have two characters that use the hood and its happening to both of them
The blues here ain’t really able to look into such as their job is mainly to watch over this forum and ensure the rules are followed.
I would hope that it is a bit more complicated an ever present moderator. We do tend to provide insight into policies and procedures and often are able to give updates on ongoing issues and point folks in the right direction for a number of subjects.
We aren’t part of QA though, so aren’t generally able to look into what may be causing a bug.
Ribfest, there is an active issue with that appearance that is being looked into. I don’t have an estimate on when it may be resolved but it is being worked on. We have a Support Article that I linked below.
