Season total honor not showing right shows what you have , not how many you have earned . Same at vender so how will any one ever get to the 7200 when the caps at 4000
I just spent about 1500 honor have 801 left yet game says I have only earned the 801 . I exchanged the honor for Justice points .

Same problem. Character has earned over 7200 HP but can not purchase staff.
It appears the quartermaster is only giving credit for about 1/11th of the honor points earned, meaning you have to earn about 80,000 honor points not 7200.
