A reasonable bet. Clearly they did something with the extra two hours this morning.
do we know if the suspected time frame of no honor (it has affected me too with a lot of honor) is server time or a certain time zone time?
it would be nice to know to not waste time and resources.
Agreed, it’d be good to have a blue post saying they’re looking into it, saying it’s another caching error, a separate bug, or anything.
Feedback: As a player, it’s demoralizing to have over 4 days pass on a major issue with no response at all. It gives me no idea if this is being treated with urgency or not. I want to assume so, but the lack of response is discouraging.
I mean, if you bought something on Amazon and there was something wrong with it, you’d expect a seller response within 72 hours at most. If you had to wait a week for a response, that’d be unreasonable.
Blizzard isn’t one person. It has the resources to say, at least, “we hear you, and we are trying to fix it.”

Even if they do compensate us for the lost honor we have lost out on the rank placements putting us behind others so our PVP ranks will be lower than they should be for this grind.
So we won’t be getting the PVP gear that is so sort after making our own PVP experience worse as we face more of those who have it.
You wont be reimbursed for the honor lost because they never recorded how much you earnt in the first place. A GM conceded with me that the issue is more than a display one and forwarded it to the Devs. Now i await a speedy fix, because as of now the game is unplayable for my timezone.

Can confirm 0 honor from 3-8 am was rolled into my standing or rank.
There’s zero possibility Blizzard will reimburse the honor. We just need this catastrophic bug to be fixed.
So Blizzard won’t make an official comment on this and are not even providing any response as to whether the honor calculation is strictly a display issue or is actually not being calculated. Pretty terrible customer service, but what do we expect. Nothing like spending 100g on mats, respecs, and your time to do something in game only to find out Blizzard can’t implement core features that have been in the game over the last 15 years. They should be embarassed.
After two responses on my tickets they were able to admit this is a known issue effecting multiple players and they told me to submit a bug.
I couldn’t figure out how to submit a ticket, it just kept referring me to Honor display bug… This is not the display bug! I frequently pvp between the hours of 3am and 7am and I have noticed missing honor and hks 100 percent. This is so discouraging because this is when I play the game most. It makes me not want to play the game anymore. For example, I had 40+ kills pvping monday night 3am to 7am (Server Maintenance) I logged back in at 9:30 am after maintenance was completed (It was a long one…) and I see okay those kills got rolled over to Tuesday, no problem. I then log on Weds to check my weekly honor and it says i only have 10 HKs and 600 honor… That is not correct! Im missing 30+ HKs and the ~100 honor per kill accompanied with those. This isnt the only time either! I have no way to calculate how much honor I really am missing. It has been happening to me ever since Phase 2 Honor was released. I really hope this gets solved sooner rather later, because it is just super unfortunate to be punished by a bug for playing the game at certain hours…
I would really like an answer from Blizzard/Activision on this issue.
It is funny becuase I knew with absolute certainty that p2 was going to be littered with bugs. I called it months ago.
Expect every phase to have massive bugs because blizzard doesn’t quality control test their products before launch anymore. I still play the game because it is loads of fun even with the bugs. But it sure is frustrating.
