Average recommended walking is 10,000 steps which is about 6-7 miles and thats daily. I cant remember a day where I missed my 10k steps.

PvP was a popular sport to play after/before raids back in the day. We all had the extra set of gear that couldn’t be worn in a raid or kicked. We liked it and didn’t think about the data then because that was the game. So no one had full sets of PvP gear really except a select few.

It’s not a medical condition to see a doctor thing, it’s an unhealthy lifestyle thing.

Probably average ~5.5k steps per week total and then had to walk somewhere and suddenly doing 3500 in one go. Was rough.
