Honeyback Hive Rep not counting as a Faction?

Hello,
Is their any reason why this rep does not count towards the “Exalted Reputations” Achievement?

I grinded to Exalted and notice it does not count towards the achievement. Is this a bug or a design choice?

A little bit of a necro, but I’ll reply anyway. This rep doesn’t count towards the achievement because it’s only available to Alliance players (there is no Horde equivalent).
