Im 131 ilvl and using every single damage perk but even so it takes a long tme to kill even a weak mob in Dorn Island.
Its gonna be a nightmare to quest as holy in midnight…
Doing WQs is a pain rn.
Damage on holy was already good relative to other healers and all of the healers are getting damage buffs on Tuesday, so just wait until then.

Play shadow for world content.

Prepatch balance is never worth taking seriously. Also healer DPS is never going to be as good as the DPS specs every class has access to.
You’re better off questing as shadow instead.
