Holy Pally loot etiquette

The imbalance that frustrates most people is that the plate wearer is able to roll from each set. It’s the best of both worlds. As long as the character can put it on, the other players can go !@#$ themselves no matter how much of a better upgrade that item is for them. In a lot of cases the cloth item IS a better upgrade for them (PvE-wise).

They roll on strength, agility, intel, spirit, mp5, attack power, spellpower. They actually have an excuse for every item in the game going into a set in some way.

So in reality 98% of ALL droppable items are usable to a paladin (they can’t equip a standard/caster ranged slot weapon). Just be lucky daggers and staves aren’t on this list or no alliance caster would ever have a weapon. Meanwhile cloth wearers have the lowest trainable weapon’s pool and have the lowest range of droppable loot available to them.

The problem with plate wearers isn’t them rolling on upgrades, the problem is that they roll on everything because they can wear everything. And for PvE, these items are legitimate upgrades. And there’s not a shred of pause a plate wearer will use when rolling on the item because everyone only cares about themselves in this game. I mean…how many of those people are you gonna see in another dungeon run? That mindset is despicable, but it’s not like anyone can do anything about it, ethics don’t mean anything in a game rofl.
