That’s funny because last I checked all but ~2 servers were ghost towns and the only remaining players were doing “hardcore” mode. lol

I figure most are doing the time rift event in thal or doing more m+ since 17s are an easy track to 447 gear
I barely saw a single player while leveling in vanilla. Guess the game wasn’t healthy in 2005, either.
idk what game you were playing then because people were everywhere on hellscream in '05 and it’s not even a big server anymore (shout outs)

Season 2 was always going to be a ghost town compared to S1 because it was competing with Diablo 4 release.
Now this patch is competing with Diablo 4 season 1 release on the 20th.
Nobody I played DF S1 with is still playing. I’m only still subbed because I alt-tab and camp elemental rares and do trial of elements on a bunch of alts every week and the few recipes I’ve found justified staying subbed via tokens.
I have no idea what’s even going on in S2. I saw a thread near the top about rifts? No idea what that even is. Don’t ask me what the current M+ dungeons are, I never bothered to look. No idea what the new mega dungeon is like. Probably not going to do anymore real content this expansion unless the last tier patch manages to pull people back, but it doesn’t seem likely at this point.

I made the mistake of picking Druid to heal on. If it wasn’t for Boomkin you would have a really bad class that isn’t desirable for any content.
If that’s “Researchers under fire”, I’ve maxed it 7 times today alone.
I didn’t even know how easy it was to max it.
And I’ve figured out a way to get “unlimited” (as long as I have coins) drake boxes too, so now I can get at least 4 drake crests per week from coins instead of 3.
How are you getting unlimited drake crests?

I’m sure you were playing on a server labeled full then too. I remember plenty of people leveling all the way until cata messed with all that.
Hit renowned last week so ne reason to go down there especially when I can gear alts with the event going on and suffused gear
It was on Icecrown, which yes was one of the original launch servers and was one of the overpopulated servers that was then splintered into new servers like Area 52.

Interesting I have the coins but they wont sell me any more boxes.
You gotta use the boxes BEFORE closing the shop window (type the command in chat, for instance: /use Drake’s Bountiful Chest, then Enter), that’s the secret, since the boxes are unique.
After you close the window, you’ll only be able to buy more boxes after the weekly reset, since they disappear from the vendor.

In Val right now, there are 20 ppl from lvl 67-70
Counting 7 different servers to even get to 20 ppl.
Out of those 20, 6 are from my server, be glad we have sharding or it would look REALLY bad.
They are probably doing Time Rifts or the new mega dungeon. The dungeon was a lot of fun!
