FYI, in case you haven’t seen it yet.
The holiday decor vendors are available on live servers. Albeit only selling two Brewfest items so far.

Thanks for the tip.
I visited these new guys on both the alliance and horde side to get a preview of upcoming holiday decor. I really like the Lunar Festival lanterns and the little perfume sprayers from Love is in the Air.
I am in a guild neighborhood, and I am the one who sets the endeavor each month: there are three options in that room. One is to have zero seasonal decor at all, one is to have the holiday decors show up with each holiday and the third is to have Brewfest full time.
I’m assuming that neighborhood holiday decor will not infringe into our personal plots and that they’ll mainly be in the centers of the towns – but I don’t know. I’d sure love if all of my neighborhood NPCs were a rowdy bunch of drunken dwarves.
