Same problem. Was hoping to finally complete the Winter Vale achievement this year.

I think this was caught in the cross-fire of Blizzard preventing Mistletoe from being used in M+ dungeons.

Response from gm tldr is basically they are aware of the issue with the item/achievement and are working on a hotfix. There is no timeline or eta on resolution. It is suggested anyone experiencing the issue to submit a bug report through the support portal as more reports will escalate the issue further. Given the nature and complexity of the issue its not something that a GM can progress the achievement for you ( I have had GMs in the past progress bugged quests). So report and wait fingers crossed don’t have to wait another year for the achievement.

I’m having the exact same issue. I can do all the outdoor brothers, but none inside SW cathedral.

If you have a horde character, you can complete this achievement. Isn’t bug whit the horde NPC’s

i just tried again and was able to complete in the cathedral in Stormwind all 4 brothers, mustve pushed a hotfix?

For those still needing this it has just been fixed. I went and completed it a min ago.
