Never had a problem with customization’s before but today I changed the tail on my highland drake. When I mount it now all customization’s are reset (blue instead of black skin, white instead of black horns, light instead of heavy horns etc) but if I enter the UI thing to change the options it shows it correctly (as well as in my mount journal.)

So after a couple of different attempts it looks like its tied to eye color. Green and jade in particular.
I had a similar problem and all I had to do was log out and then log back to fix it.

It also happens when you try to remove the saddle
My issue is when I choose horned as the crest for the highland drake, it spits out the base version of the drake. Strange
