High World MS spikes

Hello, I recently replaced an older PC with a brand new one. My older computer regularly had about 93ms home/world and rarely saw spikes. Since I got this new PC, I randomly get 1800+ world MS, but my home MS stays around 70. The world MS spikes and stays high for a minute or 2 then returns back down to around 70.

What are potential causes for this? Thanks for any help!

Specifically, I notice this usually at the test dummies in Dornigal (open world) and in Random dungeons.

You aren’t the only one. I have tried everything to fix it, and it’s not my internet. I’m sorry I don’t have a suggestion or a fix, but this is something a lot of people are having an issue with.

Could be whatever is managing the network on the new PC. Do you have any software like KillerNIC?
