Yep, same here on Cael too.
I got booted out of the heroic warfront just as we were about to finish it - thankfully it still registered I completed it lol.

Yup - At least I’ve found this thread and discovered I’m not the only one.
Playing from NZ on Vodafone - awful MS the last week and today the DCs have started.
I’m hoping the DCs mean Vodafone is trying to fix it.
My winmtr for what its worth.

Having the same issues myself, with Vodafone on a Fibre connection which speedtests @ 900+ mbps yet getting 150+ms in game.
Will post my WinMTR stats when I’m home next if needed, but can confirm when i previosly ran a tracert the results showed the ping spiking when it hit a particular Vodafone NZ server
Hey again all,
We should be good on tests, it looks like you’re still getting routed to our servers the wrong way - we’ve got an internal ticket on this where we’re investigating why this is happening and seeing if we can make any headway on it. While we do so it can sometimes help if you notify Vodafone as well. This is a peering issue and they can speed things up by working with our network folks to use better peers to connect to us.
We fixed this with a couple other ISPs a few days ago but we’re still working on Vodafone.
Thanks for the update - appreciate it!
are you able to pass on the blizzard Australia NOC contact? (peeringdb only has peering contact).
for Sydney - It doesn’t look like blizzard is announcing any routes out of peering (equinix/IX AUS), its only being announced via telstra - who are very selective with who they peer with. its revealing the cracks of cheaper transit who don’t have local aus connectivity which is why you see 200ms. vodafone could do some as-path magic to change their path (if they have local conn to telstra) but the reality is blizzard stopped announcing their routes to peering so they probably dont see it as their issue…
im sure your noc is aware of the issue and the solution but it would be nice to hear from them since these outages arent posted anywhere.
Vodafone NZ are utterly hopeless, you’d have more hope of working with a pool of murlocs on a resolution.
Vodafone simply don’t care, and give sassy, unhelpful responses on their forums.
Thanks for the update.
what should we be saying to Voda NZ? like where should we be getting routed to?
Having the same issue with 2degrees in NZ, I’m on a (900/400) mbps fibre connection (it’s wired and not using Wifi). Usually i get between 27 to 28ms, but i am getting 124 to 180 ms now.
Here is my WinMTR test:

Argh… still ongoing issues here.
Problem still exists for NZ Vodafone customers.
Tracert to Oceanic server (103.4.115.248) showing hops to Los Angeles and Tokyo giving 212ms (instead of the usual 40ms).
When will this get fixed? As of today ping is over 300. Before all this crap started a week ago I had a ping of 40-50.
Trying to get Vodafone to do something but so far no luck.

I’m also having issues - I noticed it on Sunday at the earliest, but it seems to be getting worse. It’s really annoying - So much that I had to ask to be sat in raid tonight because of the spikes. Latency is unusually high and I can feel it in my casting.

Hey all,
Just wanted to provide an update on this. It looks like the fix for this will need to be coming from Vodafone. We are actively working with them on this, but please do contact them directly to report the issue too. The more reports they get the higher the priority to fix it will be.
To better work with them on this issue, please run a MTR to this IP address: 37.244.40.1 Post this data for our team to review! This data will help increase the speed at which this problem is resolved.
Thank you for following up with us on this.

Prior to approximately end of September 2019, everything were running great. Stable 30-40ms, but since last week, the ping has been jumping, good day around 200+ bad day 500+ both world and home.
We are with Vodafone from New Zealand. Total of two users sharing one connection, both experienced the same lag in WOW only, video streaming, websites, other games are all completely fine.
We are immigration adviser and lawyer who don’t have much time to play and when we do, we would really much like to enjoy it with ease. Therefore should Blizzard be able to resolve the problem as soon as possible, it would be greatly appreciated.
