High Latency Atiesh

Starting just a few hours ago my latency on Atiesh has skyrocketed from a normal 69ms ping. Today im not at from 150-1000+. Did a few tracerts ect and everything is good right till i hit the AS57976 Blizzard servers. Any help here?

Also i can connect to US East servers with a stable 60ish ping.
