High Elves in 12.1

I’m not sure that asking for high elves in the alliance means making the blood elves neutral… just handle it like the Earthen or the Dracthyr… pick a faction at character creation.

So like neutral race? You want them to be handle like other neutral race but somehow tht wouldn’tmake them neutral? I am not sure your logic really hold on here.
