High Elf POSITIVITY Thread šŸ˜Ž

See!?! You are already halfway into the Human Potential self inserting 101, Reno.

IĀ“m sure youĀ“d ace that job in no time!!

Gotta be careful, you can break your neck doing that

Danuser seems to be doing just fine though.

Same with Knaak.

Also Golden.

Knaak survived it, Golden THRIVES on itā€¦ the way I see it is manageable

I just wanted to make the vague clerks reference that I canā€™t actually link in here

I havenā€™t watched that movie in years no wonder it went over my head >.<

I do have a talent of referencing things no one gets

Ok, damn, next question: Started #2 with Murg - now, threads of fate will let me leap straight to Fae but will that screw up being able to level through the theme-park leveling path that letting the game take me where it wants to gives?

Starting Threads auto completes the story campaign for you.

If you want to level through the story campaign, switch to Threads at 59.

Threads also lets you earn renown early on.

Yeah I get that - was just wondering if 50-59 is any faster using the story guided path or if skipping through it will still give me the same fairly quick leveling opportunity (since I just got out of the Maw and Iā€™m being asked to decide, lol ;))

I havenā€™t leveled with Threads yet, so I wouldnā€™t know its speed.

My druid and pally leveling off herbing, and my warrior did the story quest.

Like Reno said, Threads gets you Renown. Thereā€™s a quest bar thingy for each zone. Filling them gives you a Renown level each.

If you opt to do Threads, thatā€™s it. Itā€™s one way.

If you opt to do the main story, you can switch to Threads at any time by visiting the NPC in Oribos.

Oh, that may decide that for me then. And if it gets me to Convoke faster itā€™s going to make blowing up mobs that much easier. On the other hand, Iā€™ll miss out on Yseraā€™s ā€œright in the feelsā€ quest line. Damn, ok, going to have to chew on this a little.

because that ^^
Ok, taking a pause to decide.

The fastest way to level in my experience is campaign to 56 then switch to threads and head to Revendreth.

Revendreth is equal in speed to Bastion/Ardenweald on threads but gives 2x the XP.
Maldraxxus is the slowest of the four.

You can also get a level of renown catch up from each zone doing threads.

Wait, I think Iā€™m missing something hereā€¦

If I go 50-56 campaign then swap to threads I can still get 4 renown out of each zone? Either way, since I can change my mind quickly if I opt for campaign now and decide otherwise I can always grab threads. Ok, campaign it is - for the moment.

If you hit 60 without finishing the bars, you lose the Renown.

My paladin was on the Bastion one when she hit 60, and it went bye-bye.

You get 1 level per zone completed.

You canā€™t do anymore zones once you hit 60, so if you want the full four zones youā€™ll have to start by 51-52.

Iā€™ve been doing threads and itā€™s becoming a bit painful. You get renown a lot earlier and can collect anima.

Iā€™m already burnt out on wqs though and my shaman is 53.

Hm. Ok, well Murgā€™s 51.75 and Iā€™ve paused in Bastion - I may go threads just because of renown, but the prospect of leveling through side quests, WQs, etc seems less than ideal.

Well my DK started threads at 48 and finished rev and ardenweald halfway thru 55 and just now finished bastion at 56.8, so Iā€™mma need Maldraxxus (covenant picked) to carry him all the way to 60.

ā€¦

If I ever get off this load screen from flying to Mal from Oribosā€¦
