I feel like this has nothing to do with that whatsoever. If there was gonna be some kind of indication of a mogu allied race, it would be the Rajani as a reputation and all of the mogu shenanigans going on in the Vale.
An old deluxe / collector’s edition item coming back to the store isn’t an indication of anything other than Blizzard wanting more money.
