Won first game on alliance, lost the next 5. Played 2 on horde and win both.

Eh, i think itā€™s shorter time spent to get the mount on alliance side though. All i do is go in, get those 2 quests done, and leave. But alliance have a 2 minute queue, and horde have a 20 minute queue.

Pretty much.

I did the achievement on Alliance because of the faster queues. If I did it on Horde it would have taken 3 or 4 times as long.

Why should I do it on alliance though when I can waste half the time and get it on horde since you get both mounts.

You could start one. I am not a fan of premades vs. pugs but whatever gets the job done.

I had a 15 minutes queue on alliance when I did it and came up against a horde premade that got the win before I even had time to do my quests. Plus you canā€™t even get all the quests if you get into one that has started.

They changed it, the only quests that are that good for tokens are daily now, and they are the ā€œvisit the quartermasterā€ and first armor scraps quests.

I just did it this week after the changes. If you want to get your quest completed you need a fresh one. The Ivus quest isnā€™t available unless you get into a fresh one that is the one that completes your quest for 400 honor and rewards you with the marks of honor which I need.

This thread is a total lie. You canā€™t be my healer in AV because I havenā€™t queued for a battleground in literally years!

I disagree. We have very short queue times and do win sometimes. Last night I joined 3 or 4 loosing games in a row s in 15 minutes or so I got 40 badges. :grin:. The only thing that can be a pain is Karrok but that only matters if you need the weapon

You need 200 badges do you not ? When I want to do these I get 15 minutes queue times.

Yeah you need 200 badges. Maybe try queueing in Merc mode. I think my longest queue last night was 3 minutes.

I was playing on alliance, we donā€™t have merc mode and it probably wouldnā€™t help anyway because this is the time of day I want to do them.

Quite a few people want to actually finish the quest to kill him. Problem is on Alliance side you need your entire group to go to have a chance, and even then itā€™s tough because they can bottleneck you on the tiny path. One Thunderstorm can wreck your entire group.

Hmm, maybe they changed it again than? For me the ivus quest gave around 1500 honor, and appears to be weekly, as i havenā€™t see it since.

The ivus quest gives 1400 honor but it is the faster way to complete your event quest that requires the 400 honor and rewards you with marks. I was going to do that quest on all my alts but after that experience the other day I canā€™t bring myself to even queue again.

Horde queue = 20 minutes
Alliance queue = 3 minutes

If you think it takes twice as long on Alliance you crazy. Iā€™ve been doing mercenary mode specifically so I can queue with Alliance and get them quick badges.
