Don’t you love getting knocked around like a ping-pong ball right now cause something bugged out drs on knocks? some classes like Shaman, for example, have no dr right now on their knocks static and thunderstorm. I love being knocked three different times when a shaman Is in the lobby since his static and knock aren’t dring one another. It’s so fun

Even worse when they are paired with a mage. You can’t get near them. Get close you need to contend with Static, Thunderstorm, unleash shield thing and then the roots/slows that come with it.
Even if static and knock dr’d each other it wouldn’t do anything. Since the knock dr only happens after the second knock “I’m pretty sure”. Unless they had another knock on the team from someone else.
No, knocks DR after the first. What he’s probably talking about is the earth shield knock and the thunderstorm knock which don’t dr. Static isn’t a knock.
