we used to have Blizzard staff that conversed with forum goers most of the time in fact Ghostcrawler himself would pop in from time to time and speak with the people despite his busy schedule and lets not forget everyones favorite blue space yak but now both are gone from Blizzard
remember when GC would personally have his Developers watercooler chats? they ended that right about the time he left and went to riot games
now the only âcommunicationâ we get from them is typically a pre screened Q&A with Watcher reading hand picked questions carefully chosen to avoid topics they wish to not address while Lore sits there nodding in agreement to anything Ion says like its the best thing for computer games since the invention of the internet
Oh I donât know - it was just a day or so ago that you âsuggestedâ I was a Blizz employee posting here. Which would make this a sockpuppet. Iâd say her comment has at least a shred of accuracy.
I believe I said you âstruck meâ as a Blizzard employee, but I asked for neither confirmation nor denial (never made an accusation), and continued on.
Care to pull up the exact quote since you brought it up?
EDIT: Beat you (to finding the quote in time, that is)!
I donât think at these sensitive snowflake times that Blizzard devs can crack a cold one and hang out with the player base because they might say something that might rub Kotaku or Polygon the wrong way which could lead to a nasty article along with money lost in the stock market.
I think that qualifies as a âsuggestionâ, quote marks included to indicate you didnât come right out and say âYouâre a sockpuppet Blizzard employeeâ and yes, you caveated it well enough to mostly duck any response that you were actually accusing me of being one. Youâre good at playing with words, full credit where itâs due.
