Heroics require 13 Ilvl higher to que than what drops from normal dungeons

You guys are completely missing the point entirely. The entire point is that normal dungeons don’t get you enough ilevel to get into heroics dungeons.

They do.
All my toons were heroic ready by level 80 leveling through dungeons, but I went ahead and bought the 3 veteran pieces I already had unlocked and now 1 champion.

You should have that already if you’re playing.
