Heroic SoD Deeper Dagger Drop Rate

So I can’t find any data post 9.1.5 about Conduit drop rates in Heroic SoD. Does anyone know what the drop rate is for Quick Decisions (KT) and Deeper Daggers (Sylv) on heroic?

I’ve never gotten one to drop, but I decided to just grind korthia catalogued research, and now have all conduits at 252.

thanks for the reply, it dropped on my second run.

Took me 7 kills to get my first one,

other rogue in my guild got 2 heroic daggers in 2 weeks.
