You made the unforgiveable mistake of falling behind the curve which is the worst sin you can ever commit if you have to rely on pugs to see/do content.
Either pay for carry runs or start your own group and pray. Someone like me, if I were to pug, isn’t going to do a fresh heroic clear.
Your best bet otherwise, besides paying for your weekly runs, is to heal and explicitly offer to be the ghost healing slave and a seed babysitter. This is low key telling the group leader you are volunteering for actual responsibility with the implied knowledge of mechanical knowledge/aptitude also.
I agree, 465 usually gets instantly declined even though it’s doable.

Join a group that’s half way through and clear with them. Groups still in the process of clearing bosses on heroic are more apt to take people who are at a lower item level.
Barring that, join a heroic that’s freshly forming. You might get lucky and they may kill Fyrakk.
If you try to join at Fyrakk, the RL is often a lot more picky and will want people in the 475+ range and maybe not even consider anyone under 470.
Just buy the kill its like 100k now
I guess I got lucky been running heroic farm with this group weekly on different toons.
Host your own raid, it’s the easiest way to do it.
