Stop crying like a baby and put the effort in. I am on my 4th alt now to 80.
When you hit 80, do follower dungeons until you have almost every slot filled with normal gear. This will raise the ilvl of world quest gear, which you should do now. In EVERY ZONE. 567 and 571 is VERY COMMON.
Voila, now you can do heroics and LFR.
