Heritage armor question

I have a lvl 100 rogue that i might swap to the new vulpera race, if i then level it to 110 do i get the heritage set or do you have to start a new toon and level?
I havent unlocked any heritage armor before , so im unsure lol.

You have to level them all the way from the start. (20 for most classes, 58 for death knights.) Race changing, boosts, or any other special level grants (like the old refer-a-friend ability) disqualify you from getting the heritage armor on the character. Stuff that boosts XP (like heirlooms) is fine, though.

Yep, this.

Race changes and boosts are a no-no for Heritage.

You gotta roll one and level it. Only gotta hit 110 though. My DI Shaman just got a quest for it.
