You can really tell who didn’t play Vanilla or whose memory is failing, by how they react to the video.
If you played Vanilla your first response should be “Wait, how is he playing a dark iron dwarf in a friendly version of BRD and why does he have ‘unspent PvP talents’ in Classic?”

Unless blizzard decideds to remove /invite and keyword invites etc… then there is no way to stop an auto invite LFG tool in classic. Either from an ingame addon, a discord addon, or other third party app like open raid etc…
You’ll actually have to cite that, as Classic has a different Addon API from BFA. Things have been stripped out of the API, and as such you cannot just look at a BFA version of an Addon and make the judgement that the Classic version is the same. Do you have footage of someone using the Classic version in Classic?
Yes and the automatic behavior he’s specifically referencing are those very powerful auto-play or auto-decision macros that let you spam a single button to cleanse or play your character. Cross-realm and protected channel data are obviously not going to fly but this isn’t any more “automated” than opening up all your mail at once, sorting your bags, or swapping your gear.
Automatic invites via keywords or invite parameters were standard for Vanilla even after they broke other mods.
Just because you don’t understand does not mean it does not exist. As you can see many do “get it”

Removing the need to communicate to form a group is what is wrong with LFD/LFR because of auto invite.

the issue at hand, a addon, that can automate game play in classic… its just the things they dont want, and by such me and others are arguing so these addons are broken so they cant automate the procedure… are you against this ?

In fact, it specifically says “Features that will NOT be included: Automatic group matchmaking”
Just remove the auto invite feature and this add-on is perfectly fine.

Blizzard if you allow this addon to be introduced to classic the entire point of this remake will be a failure. The attraction of this classic wow remake has barely anything to do with replaying content. It is surrounded by the need for community and relationships/guild necessity that the current world of warcraft lacks, causing it to be less interesting, ofcourse its not the only reason, but it is a huge factor in what has caused this game to slowly drift into submission. subs dont lie and neither do profit margins. I dont know if you noticed but no one is going to rehab or destroying their lives by neglecting it, to play world of warcraft. I’m not saying i encourage this behavior, but it made it very obvious that it was a good game. This is your chance to have a fresh start. learn that nothing needs changing in the game from its original state except for the occasion bug fix. Add content of the expansions while leaving how the game operates alone and you will find yourself ON THE VERY TOP of all played MMORPGs. I have full faith in this statement. There is a reason players have been losing interest and leaving, Don’t allow history to repeat itself.

Blizzard doesn’t make threats, nor do they inform you of features being broken. They break them without notice. If they were going to break this kind of addon, they would have done so while pruning the API for Classic.
