Not if you have an active guild to form groups from. Wouldn’t discord be worse if the pug community started using those to form groups? At least the addon keeps it in the game.

The answer to the solution of not finding a group consistently is?
Developing a social circle.
Joining a guild.
Or, just download an addon for a sleek single player experience.
If this was cross realm I wouldn’t be for it but its bound to the realm… it changes spamming trade over using a ui.

if everyone is using it, no one has to be there if I get how it works.
Why would this addon stop social groups? Pugging is never the first choice more so unvetted pugging.

What do you mean spamming chat channels? Advertising your group in LFG? That’s exactly what people did in Vanilla… I never once met anyone in game during the entirety of vanilla that used an add-on like this.

I get it, you know a bunch of idioms. You’ve mentioned many already. You sound really fun and hilarious, yadda yadda yadda…
It diminishes the need, and provides an alternative for, social interaction. That is something that should not be messed with or trivialized in an MMO.
I’m someone that would benefit greatly from this. I’m a washed-up has-been raider that knows how to play still - but I can look past my own selfishness to realize that this will diminish the intention of the Classic and those responsible for making Classic even be a thing in the first place.
